Algorab

Algorab is a highly energetic white-colored star nearing the end of its life. In less than four million years, its denizens will move to another star system. They plan to bring their astral planet with them.

Kip-nis live on that astral planet currently orbiting Algorab. They are humanoid fairies that have luminous skin and wear dark colors. Most everything on the planet Algorab 1 looks dark, looking like landscapes in shadow. There are beautiful places there, like dark groves and star pads, where Kip-nis congregate to look up at the stars. Kip-nis have dark colored wings, and they care a lot about their wands, which they say do nothing besides like things and look good. They do not have a robust sense of humor as a species. A Kip-ni is a happy person, they say. Kip-nis say that they are nice, and good at thoughts and feelings. They are pretty. They are religious, and have a Goddess religion. They are aligned Neutral Good (Good in Neutral Good meaning always proactively striving for good objectives and good actions) as a species, and are nice. They have space mounts, which they can ride, that look like lovely goats, and are aligned Neutral Good (Good in Neutral Good meaning always proactively striving for good objectives and good actions). With help from these space mounts, Kip-nis can travel through space.

Algorab is part of an Earth constellation commonly known as Corvus, the crow. In Chinese tradition, it is part of the Chariot mansion. Algorab is the Behenian fixed star associated with the mineral onyx and the plant burdock.
